3-Month Planning

This package is for the couples who have most of it figured out. You just need someone to help with the final months of planning and help with the final details, the rehearsal, and the day-of timeline.

Vendor Communication

One of the most stressful parts of wedding planning can be managing vendors. I will handle all vendor communication including logistics, timeline, and any other details. 

Timeline

The day-of timeline can be complicated to complete when you are handling other tasks. Creating the timeline includes talking to all vendors and organizing day-of events and logistics.

Wedding Day

I will be the first one to arrive and the last one to leave. I offer assistance with setup and clean up to ensure smooth experience. 

Full-Service Planning

This package is for couples who need assistance making decisions and bringing their vision to life. We walk alongside of you every step of the way to help guide you throughout your entire planning season.  

Budget Management

Create a wedding budget and assist with the breakdown of your expenses. Not only do I manage your budget, but I will help manage financial expectations for all vendors.

Site visit

This package includes one (1) site visit to your venue. I will organize a site walkthrough and meeting with your vendors to confirm wedding details.

RSVP Tracking

Your wedding spreadsheet will include the master guest list, RSVP's, save the dates, invitations, and mailings records. I will also ensure your wedding website up-to-date with the most accurate information.
